Priest Sexual Abuse Nuns: The Rupnik Scandal Exposing Vatican Hypocrisy
The Catholic Church faces yet another sexual abuse scandal. This time, it involves Slovenian priest Marko Rupnik and his nuns victims. Priests who sexually abuse nuns enjoy forbidden sexual pleasure from breaking god’s command. Priests most often sexually abuse children, but this time, a priest sexually abused his colleagues nuns. “Priest sexual abuse nuns” is just another bad news item from the Church’s long tradition of sexual abuse.
Sexual abuse is a centuries-old and ugly custom of the Church. Consequently, the sheer number of worldwide abuses raises a critical question: Is the Christian Church a genuine religious organization? Alternatively, is it a criminal entity that primarily engages in the sexual abuse of children, young people, and nuns, masquerading as a church?
Meanwhile, the Church attempts to deny and hide these abuses, further complicating its legitimacy. While the Church claims moral authority, its actions—denying allegations, silencing victims, and shielding predators—reveal a criminal enterprise masquerading as faith.
Priest Sexual Abuse Nuns: A Systemic Problem in the Church
The case of the Slovenian priest Marko Rupnik shows the extent of priests’ sexual abuse of nuns. Rupnik coerced nuns into sexual acts, exploiting his spiritual authority. The public has strongly criticized the Church’s response for its lack of transparency and accountability.
The Church, in its classic duplicitous habit, tried to deny Rupnik’s sexual abuse. They refused to even listen to the abused nuns. First, the Vatican tried to hide it to protect the priests’ sexual abuse of nuns from the state courts. Then, they relativized it by lying that the allegations were untrue and inflated. And finally, when other attempts failed, they tried to portray it as time-barred.
The Church has failed in its manipulation to cover the priest’s sexual abuse of nuns. More and more nuns testify about Rupnik’s sexual pressures and abuses.
Now, even the Jesuits have begun to call on victims to come forward. The main reason for such appeals is to intercept the abused nuns before they can tell the public more about Rupnik’s orgies. His sinful abuse smears the Jesuit order to which he belongs. They threatened the nuns to keep quiet or god would punish them and send them to hell.
Priest Sexual Abuse Nuns: A Pattern of Vatican Negligence
Rupnik sexually abused nuns for decades, they confessed. He was exploiting spiritual authority to coerce sexual acts. The Church dismissed complaints, hid evidence, and protected him from legal consequences. Meanwhile, victims like “Anna” endured psychological torture and were forced into acts framed as “divine service.”
Rupnik has been active both at home and abroad. In his country, he was regularly sexually abusing nuns in Slovenia and also across the border in Italy. He was a true Don Juan among priests, having allegedly abused at least nine nuns in Slovenia. He is said to have made god-pleasing religious wall mosaics. Behind the walls of the monasteries, he created sinful mosaics for Satan the Tempter. By sexually abusing the nuns, he pleasured himself, and also the Father of Sins.
The Holy Threesome with God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit
The question is how far Rupnik went in his sexual fantasies. By addressing at least one nun to the threesome, he has already gone from two to three participants in the sexual game.
It would not be surprising if an investigation found that he regularly fantasized about a threesome between god, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. In his fantasy, he translated or transubstantiated this “holy threesome” into a secular threesome with two nuns.
In the symbolic representation, Rupnik is both Jesus, the Hero (who has managed to trick two nuns into a threesome), and the Martyr (to enjoy the perversion and violation of god’s command.
Moreover, he imagines that the nuns have seduced him into the sin of the threesome. They put him in the center, with the two nuns as “scoundrels” on “crosses” next to him. For the public, his fantasy in practice is just another priest’s sexual abuse of nuns. For him, it is a holy crucifixion.
Rupnik first abused faith and then sexually abused nuns. He weaponized theology to justify his abuse. He demanded threesomes with nuns, invoking the Holy Trinity to normalize exploitation. Survivors report violent acts, filmed confessions, and blackmail.
Nuns, let’s first sin, and then I’ll absolve you quickly
As a privileged servant of god, the priest has the right to confession and absolution. The priest first forces the nuns to sin, then absolves them, and then grants them indulgence. If they refuse to sin with him, he publicly scorns them for being bad nuns. Moreover, he blackmails them with their confessions of sin.
If they give in to his selfish and predatory pressures and kneel before him in oral sin, he praises them for being good believers. Then, he rewards them with absolution. In the process of confession, they must first confess that they have sinned.
Priest sexual abuse nuns: Act 1
The nun (still panting, red in the face, and heavily wrinkled): “Father, I have sinned.”
The Reverend (smiling, filming the nun with one camera on his phone and taking a selfie with the other camera): “I know, sister, I know.”
He may record the confessions on his phone. Later, he uses them to blackmail the nuns for new sins. Lost in his out-of-the-celibat fantasies, he listens to them in his cell and masturbates. He can also lend them out and sell them to other priests for fat money. The only question is whether he has also recorded the sexual abuse of the nuns. If yes, where are the recordings?
Sin as worship
An important part of the priest’s sexual abuse of nuns, his pressure and coercion to sin is the manipulation. He promises them that god wants the nuns to accept his seed gift and that this is their joint service to god.
This is part of the predator’s drive and the religious sexual fantasy. The other part is the “rational” part, which is activated when the hot instinctive head cools down. Then, he starts thinking with the Bible as the religious mind of all believers.
The after-party rude sobering from the fantasy to reality
After priests’ lust in the sexual abuse of nuns comes the sexual hangover. He is flooded with the awareness of sin and the feeling of guilt. From the bottom of the darkness rises the desire to confess, repent, and be “cleansed” from sin.
Rupnik and many Christian priests interpret god’s commands as commandments that you can break and sin. With the proviso that you then confess and do penance. They must be appropriately “punished” for their sins with, let’s say, three prayers.
The focus is on the sin they enjoy. After oblivion, they mutter a quick confession. They do penance with a few myfathers and hailmaryies, and then it’s time for another sin. The “religious” life of the priestly sexual predators is thus “from nun to nun, from sin to sin, and a little with god in between”.
The sexually abusing priest had delusions of grandeur and a God Complex
In the case of priest sexual abuse nuns, let us first listen to the nun Anna, who recalls with a lump in her throat Rupnik’s violence against her. For the nun’s safety, her name has been changed:
“The robber forced me to do things I never wanted to do in my life. He was violent towards me, he hit me. In his eyes, in his voice, there was the conviction that he was untouchable. He abused me, he abused my trust. I was submissive. He enjoys his power and his respect. He is sure that no one will doubt his good faith.”

Sexual predators, and predators in general, imagine that others are their property. They think that they can do with them as they please. If they happen to resist, refuse to submit to them, and satisfy their desires, they become very violent. The same was with Rupniks’ sexual abuse of nuns.
The nun Anna, priest’s sexual abuse victim
“Anna, the fictitious name of a former Italian nun of the Loyola community, who is now 58 years old, spoke to the newspaper in question. In the interview, she told her nine-year story of agony about the sexual, psychological, and spiritual violence she allegedly suffered at the hands of Father Ivan Rupnik.
“The first time he kissed me on the mouth, he told me that was how he kissed the altar where he celebrated the Eucharist, because only with me could he experience sex as an expression of god’s love,” is one of the phrases that Father Rupnik allegedly said to her.
Even then, in the 1980s, he was a star among young Slovenian Jesuits. “He had a strong personal charisma in explaining the Gospel and a marked sensitivity in identifying people’s weaknesses. He immediately understood my fragility, my insecurities, and the fears I had.”
Rupnik wanted her to be his model and asked her to pose for one of his paintings. “It wasn’t difficult to accept and undo a few buttons on my blouse. For me, who was naive and inexperienced, it was just helping a friend.
He then kissed me lightly on the mouth and told me that this was how he kissed the altar where he celebrated the Eucharist. I was stunned: on the one hand, I wanted to run away, on the other hand, Padre Marko encouraged me that I could live this reality because I was special and it was a gift that the Lord had given only to us; that only with me could I also live a physical belonging to god, without owning anything, in freedom, in the image of Trinitarian love.”
The priests’ sexual abuse of nuns was going on for years
In the summer of 1986, they met again in his studio. There, she said, Father Rupnik again wanted her to undress and let him touch her. But then she refused, and Rupnik attacked her with very harsh and vicious words. He was saying that she was worthless and that he wanted to break off all relations. Fearing that she would lose him forever, she decided to put her doubts aside and trust him completely.
“In the beginning, Father Marko slowly and gently infiltrated my psychological and spiritual world. He took advantage of my insecurities and fragility while using my relationship with god to encourage me to have sexual experiences with him. At that point, the feeling of being loved… turned into a demand for more and more extreme erotic games in his studio at the Collegio del Gesù in Rome, while he was painting or after the Eucharist or after confession.”
Meanwhile, the abuses of Fr Mark continued, says Anna. He even became more aggressive. “I remember a very violent masturbation that I couldn’t stop and during which I lost my virginity. It was an episode that triggered many requests for oral sex. The dynamic was always the same: if I doubted or refused, Rupnik would discredit me in front of the community by saying that I was not growing spiritually. He had no inhibitions. He used all means to achieve his goal, even the confidential things he heard in confession. That was the beginning of my mental breakdown.”
International sexual abuse of nuns
Such things are said to have happened both in Slovenia and in Centro Aletti in Rome.
“There, Padre Marko asked me to have a threesome with another sister from the community. He believed that sexuality should be free from the property, in the image of the Holy Trinity. He said, ‘The third person received the relationship between the two. ‘
He asked me to live my femininity aggressively and dominantly. Because I could not do it, he deeply humiliated me with phrases I cannot repeat.
The last step of this descent into hell was the transition from the theological justifications of sex to a purely pornographic relationship. In 1992, he also took me twice to watch porn films in Rome on Via Tuscolana and near Termini station.”
How the Church Handles Priest Sexual Abuse Nuns: Denial and Cover-Up
In the media, it was clearly stated that Anna is not the sexually abused nun’s real name. Despite that, one of the fervent believers and supporters of the Church accused her in a comment under the above article. He said that she is only seeking media fame and attention with her statements.
This is also one of the typical Christian tactics in defending sexually predatory priests. They blame and accuse the victim for their sexual abuse, not the perpetrator.
We must know that nuns are not sinless either. There are several cases of nuns abusing, beating, and even killing children.
Front out, back in
A priest was excommunicated in 2019 for absolving a nun whom he had sexually abused. Later, he was then taken back because he repented.
He said “sorry” and then went back to hunting nuns.
What kind of ex-communication was that? It was just a publicity stunt.
Out the front door to show the public that they are a serious company, and back in at the back door. He is their man, colleague, and co-sinner, and they need him for the game to continue.
The Church could have portrayed Rupnik’s promiscuous sex life as something “positive”. They could say, “Well, you see, not all priests are homosexual, some are normal”.
As far as is known, Rupnik abused only nuns, i.e., women. It is not clear whether he also sinned with men or young children.
From Excommunication to Reinstatement: The Vatican’s False Justice
Despite a 2019 excommunication for absolving an abuse victim, Rupnik was later fully reinstated. This performative “justice” highlights systemic Vatican rot. Predators face no consequences, while nuns, victims of priests’ sexual abuse, bear lifelong trauma.
Holy candy, full of poison
If you are religious, be careful what you say to priests during confession. They can record your sins and then use the recordings to blackmail you financially and sexually. If you are unbelieving, continue to be wise and careful. Do not take anything from priests, let alone sweets.
If you know of priests’ sexual abuse of adults or children, report them immediately to the police.
If you are a nun, don’t allow priests to manipulate and abuse you. When you see or hear of the case of a priest’s sexual abuse of nuns, report him at once.
